Our firm/s

VV&A and Big Dipper grew out of our founder Voltaire Veneracion's twin passions of law and publishing. He was Editor of the Philippine Collegian from 1996 to 1997, while he was studying in UP Law. After working in the Supreme Court in April 2003 and while doing non-profit work for Friends of the Earth Philippines, he established the law firm VV&A to take up private cases. He continued to write creatively, however, and set-up Big Dipper at first as a division of VV&A to handle creative projects. Big Dipper has grown from being a writing division to a separate business that deals with all kinds of publishing, from print to video to web. 

Who We Are

Data Canlas- Data, our Production Manager, has a strong background and expertise in broadcast communication and media production, having been trained by Che-che Lazaro in Probe. She has worked as a writer for SUMMIT Media; a marketing manager for Dig It All Solutions; and account manager for Estima.

Karen Borbon- Karen, our Editor, also worked for over six years in tv productions, such as Probe. She shoots, writes, and edits videos using non-linear software such as Sony Vega and Final Cut Pro.

Reginald Vinluan- Reggie, who supervises Graphics, studied film in UP and animation as a Fulbright scholar in the University of Southern California,

Ditoy Aguila- Ditoy, our Sound Supervisor, provides scores and sound effects for videos. He has won awards for his work in films such as Zsa-zsa Zaturnna, Ouija, and Resiklo.

Bernice Evangelista-  Bernice provides core administrative support to everyone in the staff.

Eileen Aguilar- Eileen keeps our record books and finances in order.
